That more or less sums up the dichotomy of my day job and this blog. A journalist by profession working from home, Salt to Taste is a result of hours spent creating healthy, presentable and palatable dishes for the family, and rushing back to my desk to meet deadlines. About the many dishes that didn’t make it to the table or this blog, thats another story…
It’s fun cooking up a storm in the kitchen with some sugar,spice and everything nice and Salt to Taste. Of course, for the times when I’m not in to mood to channel that inner domestic goddess, restaurants and take-aways save the day!
