Spiced Baby Potatoes

Boiled baby potatoes – 250gm
Green chili paste – ½ tsp
Ginger paste – ½ tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp.
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Garam masala powder – a pinch
Lemon juice – ½ lemon

Mustard oil – 3tbsp

Salt to taste

Heat oil in a wok, add potatoes and stir fry, then add salt, turmeric powder, green chilli and ginger paste. Reduce heat and add cumin and coriander powders. Sprinkle a little water, mix and cook for 5 minutes.Stir again when almost dry, then add garam masala and mix well. Take off heat and squeeze in the lemon juice and mix. Done!
