Sabudana Vada

Sabudana Vada in appe pan

  • Sabudana 1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Roasted peanuts 10-12
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Chopped ginger 1tsp
  • Chopped coriander ½ bunch
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

– Soak sabudana in water for 3-4 hours. Strain and wash well under running water.

– Coarsely grind the roasted peanuts, green chilli and ginger.

– Mix boiled mashed potato, sabudana pearls, green coarse mixture, coriander, salt, cumin and chilli flakes and roll into balls.

– Heat oil in an appe pan and lightly bast the sabudana vadas. Serve with chilled yoghurt.
