Wheat & Oat Muffins

1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup muesli
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 /4 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup jaggery powder
1 /2 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)

Use a fork and mix it all up.

3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 /4 cup whisked curd
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk Well.
Add the dry mix and fold gently (It’s a slightly thick batter)
Spoon in your muffin tin lined with cases or greased well
Sprinkle some muesli on top.Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 16-18 minutes or till a toothpick inserted, comes out clean. Enjoy 🙂
