Ingredients
- 1 cup thick yogurt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 ripe tomato chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Fresh coriander chopped
- 1 tbsp ghee
- Salt to Taste
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan, then add the chopped onions and fry till they turn golden brown.
- Next, add in green chillies and chopped tomato and mix well.
- Add the dry spices and cook till ghee separates from the yogurt.
- Once the mix cools, add it to the yogurt and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Can be served with rice or rotis.
