- 8 beetroots cut thin
- 2 onions chopped fine
- 10 curry leaves
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chilly powder
- 2 Tbsp grated fresh coconut
– Heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
– Add onions and fry till brown then add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, and then beetroot.
– Fry well and add the spice powders, then coconut and salt to taste.
– Cover and cook on low fire till done.
