- 1 small tetrapack of Amul Cream
- 2 tbsp gelatin
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Strawberries/strawberry preserve to garnish and serve
Soak the gelatin in milk and keep aside.
In a thick bottom pan pour the cream and on sim mix in the caster sugar stirring constantly. No need to boil it. The moment you feel that the cream and sugar has mixed well, get it off the fire.
Mix in the gelatin and milk mixture, stirring constantly. Sieve the mixture to avoid lumps.
Pour into small glasses and keep to set in the fridge for 2/3 hours.
Once set, serve with strawberries/strawberry preserve.
