Pistachio Fudge

  • Powder 1/2 cup of pistachios, mix pistachio powder, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of milk powder and 1/2 tin of condensed milk.
  • Microwave this mixture for 2 minutes. Stir well and again microwave for 2 minutes. Repeat this till the mixture becomes dry and grainy enough to spread. It took me approximately 8 minutes. Spread evenly on a greased tray and let it cool.
  • When it comes to room temperature, refrigerate for an hour.
  • Cut into desired shapes and serve.
