To make 4 scoops of sorbet,
– 15 strawberries,
– 10 mint leaves
– 1/2 lemon
– Cut the strawberries in fours.
– Remove mint leaves from stalks, roughly tear them and freeze along with the strawberries in a flat plate for an hour.
– Blend in a heavy-duty blender along with juice from half a lemon.
– Allow it to set in the freezer in a bowl for at least 1 hour.
– Then scoop out and enjoy!
You can also add some agave or honey at the time of blending if the strawberries aren’t sweet enough.
