2 raw mangoes

There are many ways of making this. You could either grill the mangoes in the oven till they’re soft, roast them over a charcoal flame or even just pressure cook them. Basically the mangoes have to be cooked enough into a soft pulp so the flesh can be separated from the seed. I made this with the last option – pressured cooked them.
Once the mangoes are cooked, peel them, de-seed and strain the pulp.
Add water, roasted cumin powder, black salt, mint leaves and salt – all ingredients as per your taste, and mix well.
