Chocolate and Biscuit Layered Pudding



  • For chocolate sauce:
  • 1 litre milk
  • 4 tbspn drinking chocolate
  • 6 tbspn cornflour
  • 5 tbspn sugar (or to taste)
  • 4 packets biscuits
  • Nuts for garnishing



– Mix ingredients well and stir in a heavy bottom pan till it thickens to a sauce-like consistency. Set aside to cool.

– In a shallow dish, add a layer of biscuits, followed by a thick layer of sauce. Repeat process for 3 layers.

– Set in fridge for 2 hours

– Cut into cake size pieces and serve garnished with nuts.
